• Planung und Durchführung von Sales Coachings • Identifikation von Stärken und Schwächen, um individuelle Coachings gestalten zu können • Eigenständige Entwicklung von Coachingstrategien, sowie deren Vermittlung für den erfolgreichen Verkaufsabschluss • Qualitätssicherung, sowie fachliche Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter • aktive Unterstützung bei der Verbesserung der Projektergebnisse • Analyse und Reporting der Coachingergebnisse
🎯 Requirements
• Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen und der Vermittlung von Wissen • Erfahrung im Bereich Sales in Call Center Projekten von großem Vorteil • Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Erfahrungen im Kundenservice
