📋 Description
• Conduct analysis of War Child’s current safeguarding arrangements for Fundraising Member countries • Identify gaps, risks, and strengths in safeguarding • Provide actionable recommendations for safeguarding effectiveness and compliance • Assess current reporting processes and ensure they align with regulations • Produce deliverables including Inception Report and Safeguarding Gap and Needs Analysis Report
🎯 Requirements
• Proven expertise in safeguarding, ideally within the INGO structure • Experience conducting safeguarding audits, gap analyses, or organisational assessments • Strong understanding of relevant legal, regulatory, and best-practice frameworks • Strong analytical, report-writing, and presentation skills • Knowledge of fundraising organisations and the safeguarding risks, donor expectations, and compliance requirements specific to grant‑making and fundraising environments (desirable)
