📋 Description

• Directly lead and manage the inbound setter team on a daily basis • Coach, mentor, and develop setters through ongoing performance management and accountability • Facilitate all daily setter huddles with structure, intention, and performance focus • Conduct regular one-on-one performance conversations with team members • Review and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance trends • Hold team members accountable to KPIs, scheduling standards, communication expectations, and operational consistency • Maintain oversight of all inbound setter scheduling and calendar coverage • Ensure implementation calendars are staffed appropriately to support inbound lead flow and ad spend demands • Develop and maintain onboarding and ramp plans for all new inbound setters • Reinstate and maintain a stats-driven accountability culture

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership experience managing remote sales, setter, customer success, or high-performance operational teams • Strong understanding of inbound sales processes, KPIs, scheduling management, and conversion performance • Exceptional communication, coaching, and accountability skills • Highly organized with strong operational awareness and attention to detail • Comfortable making decisive leadership recommendations • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced scaling environment • Experience with CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and remote communication tools • Alignment with WarriorBabe’s mission, standards, and customer-first philosophy.
