📋 Description

• Advise companies on the effective implementation of their IT security strategy using Microsoft technologies • Take architectural responsibility for the customer's blueprint • Bring Security for AI into discussions and build an agent-ready architecture at the customer • Analyze functional and technical requirements and, together with clients, develop IT security strategies from concept through implementation • Manage projects end-to-end: requirements gathering, implementation, and documentation • Lead workshops for requirements analysis • Provide architecture and strategic consulting as the primary point of contact for clients and sales • Further develop managed services and workshop formats both internally and externally • Actively share knowledge, optionally also on stage • Monitor security trends and contribute ideas for the strategic development of the consulting practice

🎯 Requirements

• Solid knowledge and practical experience in cybersecurity — IT or OT, both welcome • Experience with Microsoft Sentinel, Entra Suite, Security for AI, or Microsoft Defender • Certifications such as SC-300, AZ-500, or SC-500 are a plus • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage on an equal footing, including with non-cybersecurity stakeholders • Structured, solution-oriented working style and willingness to address issues openly • Enthusiasm for new technologies and continuous learning • Excellent German and English, both written and spoken • Residence in Germany • Willingness to travel
