📋 Description

• Own the marketing tech stack, automation workflows, reporting frameworks, and integrations. • Operate and optimize tools such as the marketing automation platform (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent). • Design, build, and maintain integrations and workflows between marketing systems and CRM. • Build and execute campaign workflows with scalability and personalization in mind. • Manage lead lifecycle processes and monitor funnel conversion points. • Build dashboards and reports for campaign performance and analyze results. • Implement consistent data standards and conduct regular audits.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in **Revenue Strategy, RevOps, Strategy Consulting, or Founder’s Office** roles. • Proven ability to build and operationalize GTM and planning frameworks in high-growth SaaS environments. • Strong business acumen with a structured, data-driven approach to problem solving. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams. • Proficiency in analytics and planning tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI, or similar). • Experience in defining and running operating cadences like AOPs, QBRs, and forecasting rhythms. • Based in India - preferably Chennai or Bangalore.
