You are a leader that will participate in senior technology strategy discussions, drive ideation across a distributed software team, develop implementation roadmaps and work with technical individuals to transform this into software products and solutions. • What you’ll do: • Develop, test, and maintain web applications using React, with a focus on creating clean, efficient, and reusable code. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and QA, to deliver a seamless and engaging user experience. • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment. • Implement front-end solutions that integrate with backend APIs and services in a secure and scalable manner. • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility. • Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and uphold high standards of code quality. • Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues, ensuring the best possible user experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 3+ years of hands-on experience with React development. • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles. • Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux or Context API). • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). • Understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating front-end code with back-end services.
