📋 Description

• Provides expert-level support for Commercial and Industrial Water Treatment systems • Resolves complex technical issues and guides customers, partners, and service contractors through troubleshooting, installations, and warranty inquiries • Offers timely solutions, interprets technical documentation, and coordinates service needs • Manages technical support calls/emails regarding part replacements, programming, troubleshooting, and on-site startup • Handles logistics support including freight/weights, shipping questions, order tracking, and lost shipments • Uses Salesforce to document and manage service functions • Provides technical product support and guidance to third-party service contractors • Reviews wiring diagrams, schematics, and CAD drawings • Works in a team-oriented call-center support environment • Effectively communicates at different levels of the organization • Provides after-hours on-call technical support on a rotating basis • Handles other projects and duties as assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the water treatment industry • 3-5 years of water treatment experience and/or mechanical field experience • Field service coordination/project management experience is a plus • Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures • Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing
