📋 Description

• Own the technical architecture for your squad's domain including system design and API contracts • Review and approve all pull requests for your squad • Define and maintain the squad's Definition of Done • Drive sprint planning in collaboration with the Product Owner • Partner governance for external partners and ensure quality and efficiency in delivery • Unblock engineers actively and provide direct, timely feedback to support their growth

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience • Strong backend engineering fundamentals: distributed systems, event-driven architecture, API design, database design, and testing strategy • Experience in an Agile/Scrum or Kanban environment • Proven ability to review and reason about code across the full stack • Proven experience leading or managing direct reports • Strong hands-on experience with one or several backend languages (Java, Python, Node.js) • Strong communicator with engineers, Product, and management
