• Manage and prioritize the development team's backlog, balancing impact, effort, urgency and perceived value; • Lead and support agile ceremonies (planning, daily, retrospective, refinement); • Support the understanding of technical and functional requirements and create feature specifications; • Write and detail user stories and features, ensuring clarity of requirements, acceptance criteria and use cases; • Validate team deliveries at a high functional level and coordinate acceptance testing with clients; • Monitor product health metrics (errors, crashes, performance) and end-user satisfaction; • Prepare product documentation, including release notes and client support materials; • Anticipate risks, remove impediments and align internal and external stakeholders;
• Experience as a Product Owner or in an equivalent role within agile environments; • Knowledge of backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria and product documentation; • Technical curiosity and an interest in understanding how things work; • Hands-on profile; enjoys learning by doing; • Experience with digital products and technology companies; • Strong communication skills to translate business and technical aspects for different audiences; • Organized and disciplined to keep backlog and documentation up to date; • Ability to negotiate priorities, balancing client demands and the team's capacity; • Collaborative mindset, facilitating integration between internal areas and clients; • Own the scope you manage, overseeing deliveries end-to-end; • Experience with telecommunications clients or with large-scale utilities and energy projects (preferred); • Process-oriented mindset and familiarity with concepts such as BPMN and similar (preferred); • Ability to write scripts, SQL queries and interact with other technical tools to speed up your work (preferred); • Knowledge of UX practices and end-user experience (preferred)
