📋 Description

• Monitor and act to resolve incidents in production. • Analyze and optimize system performance. • Propose and implement improvements to architecture and processes. • Automate monitoring routines and failure recovery. • Work closely with engineering teams to evolve systems. • Ensure quality and reliability of releases in production environments. • Create reports and perform large-scale operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with debugging and log analysis. • Familiarity with GCP or cloud computing concepts. • Basic knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript. • Experience with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL). • Ability to document incidents and solutions in a clear, concise manner. • Analytical mindset with a focus on efficient problem solving. • Clear communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong organization and prioritization skills to manage multiple demands. • Proactive attitude and a strong interest in continuous learning. • Nice-to-haves: Experience with mobile (iOS/Android); knowledge of CI/CD and process automation; experience with observability (monitoring, metrics, tracing, and logs).
