📋 Description

• Lead a software engineering team, acting as a technical and managerial reference; • Define and evolve the architecture of distributed systems, ensuring scalability and stability; • Participate in technical deliveries and review code with the team, maintaining high technical standards; • Support strategic technical decisions, evaluating trade-offs and business impact; • Develop and support the growth of the team — hiring, mentoring, and helping each person to progress; • Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and align expectations; • Foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and autonomy.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience leading technology teams; • Experience with large-scale, complex projects, including architecture design and distributed systems; • Experience working in high-complexity, high-volume environments; • Ability to make strategic technical decisions and balance deadlines, quality, and business impact; • Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication, both with the team and external stakeholders; • Maturity to handle risks, issues, and uncertainty constructively; • Collaborative mindset, focused on people development and competency growth; • Proactivity, autonomy, and ownership of deliverables; • Adaptable profile, able to handle changing priorities and new challenges; • Solid software engineering fundamentals; knowledge of TypeScript is desirable.
