📋 Description

• Supporting our HRIS migration • Provide core HR Systems support • Driving our HR Data Management and Reporting Quality projects • Upholding and strengthening our compliance and risk management approaches

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience administering HRIS platforms in an organization with +5,000 employees. • Experience managing HR systems across a variety of modules, including Talent Management, HCM, Compensation and L&D. • Experience with Workday strongly preferred. • Experience and understanding of HR processes, including payroll, benefits, performance management, talent operations and acquisition, learning & development. • Experience with end-to-end HRIS implementations, upgrades, and integrations. • Proficiency in HRIS configuration, workflows, and reporting tools. • Advanced knowledge of data management, analytics, and reporting. • Experience with Business Intelligence systems like PowerBI or Looker. • Understanding of system integrations using APIs, middleware, or other tools, demonstrated experience of collaborating with Integrations teams. • Effective written and verbal communication to collaborate with stakeholders and explain technical information to non-technical audiences • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
