📋 Description
• Support the firm's growth by contributing your added value • Support employees and managers on a day-to-day basis • Manage key HR processes: annual appraisal campaigns, compensation policy, etc. • Produce and analyze HR reports • Lead high-impact HR projects within your area of responsibility • Contribute to talent retention and development
🎯 Requirements
• Currently a student at a business school or university • Proven adaptability and strong organizational skills across varied environments • Strong interpersonal skills and active listening • Ability to take perspective and structure your thinking • Results-oriented, proactive, and team-minded • Good written and spoken English (minimum B2)
