📋 Description

• Participate in the design and deployment of key HR processes • Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers • Produce HR reporting and contribute to compensation policy matters • Raise awareness among all employees and managers about HR policies • Design and lead talent development initiatives • Take part in international-scale projects within the firm

🎯 Requirements

• Student in a business school or university • Proven adaptability and strong organizational skills • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships easily • Ability to take a step back and demonstrate structured thinking • Results-oriented, proactive, and team-minded • Good level of spoken and written English (minimum B2)
