📋 Description

• Advise international clients across various industries • Take ownership of sub-project and project management within SAP S/4HANA transformation projects • Design and implement AI-enabled SAP Finance solutions covering accounting, controlling, cash and treasury • Ensure seamless end-to-end integration across the value chain • Work with SAP S/4HANA accounting and controlling technologies in cloud-based and on-premise environments • Contribute to GenAI in Finance, S/4HANA Finance, and Financial Reporting focus areas • Support consulting-service positioning and identify and pursue new business opportunities with coaching guidance • Manage the complete project cycle from recording actual processes and developing a roadmap through rollout of the new S/4HANA system environment • Apply AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and documentation • Collaborate with IT and business colleagues to develop solutions • Build professional relationships with clients, management, and team members to deliver proposed solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting experience in SAP Finance consulting • Strong expertise in the design and implementation of SAP FI and/or CO modules, including customizing • Project experience with SAP S/4HANA in both agile and traditional environments • Experience preferably in the public sector, energy, or financial services industries • Knowledge of Financial Reporting and SAP Group Reporting is a plus • Initial experience with SAP RISE and/or integration of cloud solutions is a plus • Strong interest in AI-driven tools and ability to leverage them in daily work • Passion for innovative and future-oriented finance technologies • Creative, forward-thinking mindset • Strong customer orientation for internal and external stakeholders • Proactive and solution-oriented attitude • Fluent business German and English • Willingness to travel occasionally to customers
