📋 Description

• Participate in operational client engagements as part of project teams • Develop consulting skills, including analysis and synthesis, client relationship management, understanding of the business environment and market, and responsibility for clients and engagements • Support public- and private-sector clients across a range of industries with CSR strategies and governance • Contribute to transformations involving responsible procurement, responsible digital practices, and responsible operations • Support cross-functional sustainability initiatives, including decarbonization, the circular economy, sustainable mobility, and energy efficiency • Contribute to change management initiatives, including training, culture, and skills development • Support HR departments with HR information systems, HR data, diversity and inclusion, and responsible HR practices • Conduct research for internship projects on sustainability topics, including sustainable transformation, CSR integration, social sustainability, Green IT, science-based targets for nature, biodiversity, and CSRD • Participate in the Sustainability practice’s internal initiatives, including the Sustainability blog, practice activities, expert monitoring, and the startup incubator

🎯 Requirements

• Final-year student seeking a graduation internship • Enrolled at a leading engineering or business school, or a major university • Strong interest in consulting and sustainable business transformation • Open to change management topics • Interest in environmental and societal issues • Intellectual curiosity and strong analytical skills • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team-oriented mindset • Interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, and ecological, energy, and social transitions • Strong spoken and written English skills
