📋 Description

• Participate in operational client engagements as part of project teams • Work with public- and private-sector clients across a range of industries • Contribute to CSR strategy and governance engagements • Support the transformation of business functions, including responsible procurement, responsible digital practices, and responsible operations • Lead cross-functional sustainability initiatives, including decarbonization, the circular economy, sustainable mobility, and energy efficiency • Contribute to change management initiatives, including training, culture, and skills development • Support Human Resources departments on HRIS, HR data, inclusion and diversity, and responsible HR topics • Participate in an internal practice initiative, such as the Sustainability Blog, practice activities, market monitoring, or the startup incubator

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a leading engineering or business school or a major university • Interested in consulting and corporate sustainable transformation challenges • Open to change management topics • Strong interest in environmental and social issues • Intellectual curiosity and strong analytical skills • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team-oriented mindset • Interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, and ecological, energy, and social transitions • Strong written and spoken English skills
