• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support the recruitment process. • Screen candidates and track applications using provided templates and systems. • Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience. • Prepare and send offer letters in accordance with company policies and standards. • Ensure all hiring processes adhere to company guidelines and regulatory requirements. • Support other HR and talent acquisition needs as assigned. • Assist in recruitment-related administrative tasks and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) • Relevant certifications in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter certification, HR certifications) are an advantage • Equivalent work experience in recruiting or talent acquisition may be considered in place of a formal degree. • Strong English proficiency (verbal and written) required. • 3+ years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a similar HR-related role. • Experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across various roles and levels. • Experience using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems). • Experience coordinating with hiring managers and supporting end-to-end hiring processes. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Teams experience preferred. • Experience using video conferencing tools such as Zoom / MS Teams. • Minimum of 3+ years of recruiting experience. • Genuinely flexible and adaptable as business needs evolve. • Stable, reliable internet connection. • Professional and dedicated remote working setup.
