📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support the recruitment process • Screen candidates and track applications using provided templates and systems • Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience • Prepare and send offer letters in accordance with company policies and standards • Ensure all hiring processes adhere to company guidelines and regulatory requirements • Support other HR and talent acquisition needs as assigned • Assist in recruitment-related administrative tasks and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) • Relevant certifications in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition are an advantage • Equivalent work experience in recruiting or talent acquisition may be considered in place of a formal degree • Strong English proficiency (verbal and written) required • 3+ years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a similar HR-related role • Experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across various roles and levels • Experience using recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems • Experience coordinating with hiring managers and supporting end-to-end hiring processes • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Teams experience preferred • Experience using video conferencing tools such as Zoom / MS Teams • Minimum of 3+ years of recruiting experience • Genuinely flexible and adaptable as business needs evolve • Stable, reliable internet connection • Professional and dedicated remote working setup • Experience in fast-paced or high-volume recruitment environments is advantageous • Prior experience recruiting across multiple functions or industries is an advantage • Exposure to international hiring or remote/global recruitment is preferred • Experience supporting hiring for corporate, operational, or technical roles is a plus • Familiarity with working in structured HR or talent acquisition teams is beneficial
