📋 Description

• Deliver individual coaching and career counseling • Support learners with career-related questions and challenges • Lead online workshops and Q&A sessions on career development and job applications • Professionally optimize application documents and teach strategic professional networking • Support learners in positioning themselves in the job market, developing soft skills, and preparing for HR interviews • Collaborate with the team to develop the online career course on the learning platform • Review cover letters, résumés, and LinkedIn profiles • Organize Career Services processes, including Slack reminders, workshop scheduling, and online events • Act as the liaison with Community Management within the Career & Community team • Contribute relevant information to cross-team collaboration • Support the moderation and delivery of course events, from welcoming participants through to closing • Contribute to a consistently positive experience for course participants

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in tech recruiting, recruiting coordination, talent management, or career services • Excellent communication and organizational skills, a high degree of reliability, and strong attention to detail • Proactive, pragmatic approach with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility • Innovative mindset and enthusiasm for embracing new challenges and developing creative solutions • Highly adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work confidently in a dynamic environment • Strong service and solution orientation, along with enthusiasm for education, career development, and working with people • Native-level German • C1-level English • Experience designing and delivering workshops, ideally in an educational or career-related context • Understanding of or experience in the IT/tech sector • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or digital learning tools • Based in Germany or Austria • Willingness to travel approximately 3–4 times per year to Berlin for team events and workshops
