📋 Description

• Review, code, and post incoming invoices • Process and resolve invoices, credit notes, and outstanding items • Reconcile and maintain vendor accounts to ensure high data quality • Communicate with suppliers and internal departments regarding outstanding questions • Process payment reminders and discrepancies • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities • Optimize and digitize existing accounts payable processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification • Professional experience in accounts payable or accounting • Strong knowledge of reviewing, coding, and posting incoming invoices • Proficiency in commonly used accounting software and Microsoft Office • Strong numerical aptitude • Thorough and organized approach to work • Self-directed, reliable, and solution-oriented working style • Strong teamwork and communication skills • Enjoy working with internal departments and external contacts • Motivation to further develop existing processes
