📋 Description

• Responsible for learners’ success and motivation in Operations Management, including Data & AI • Coach and support learners in the Flipped Classroom model • Encourage active engagement with learning content and its practical application • Facilitate discussion and knowledge sharing through innovative formats • Create a positive learning and working environment • Support learners with the individual completion of assignments as part of project work • Assess project work • Support the ongoing development and enhancement of the product • Teach remotely from a home office • Analyze and optimize operational processes and performance • Prepare analyses and reports, for example using Microsoft Excel and Power BI • Lead and develop teams in data-driven environments • Use KPIs in performance management and conduct feedback and development meetings • Manage resources and ensure operational stability • Carry out forecasting, scenario planning, data-driven capacity planning, and risk management • Evaluate options for action and make informed make-or-automate decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in German, the training language (C2) • At least two years of professional experience in Operations Management • Extensive hands-on experience in Operations Management, day-to-day operational management, and the data-driven analysis and optimization of business processes • Degree, vocational training, or comparable qualification in Business, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field • Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Office—particularly Excel and PowerPoint—Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, and/or Gamma • Extensive experience in day-to-day operational management • Ability to prioritize based on available data, make decisions under time pressure, and handle incomplete data and escalation situations • Practical experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable applications • Understanding of the opportunities and limitations of AI in operational contexts, as well as fundamental legal and ethical considerations • Include an overview of projects in which AI tools were used in Operations Management, including a brief description of the tools used and how they were applied • Experience analyzing and optimizing operational processes and performance using KPI systems, root cause analysis, and systems thinking • Ability to identify interfaces, dependencies, and potential misinterpretations of data • Experience leading and developing teams in data-driven environments • Experience with KPI-based performance management, feedback and development meetings, and the professional handling of conflicts and resistance • Experience in resource management and ensuring operational stability, particularly in forecasting, scenario planning, data-driven capacity planning, and risk management • Ability to evaluate options for action and make well-founded make-or-automate decisions • Several years of experience as an online trainer in adult education (preferred) • Broad range of methods and tools in training methodology and instructional design (preferred) • Experience applying innovative methods to engage learners (preferred) • A New Work mindset and enthusiasm for experimenting with new learning technologies (preferred) • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working as part of a team (preferred)
