📋 Description

• As a Controller, you are part of a committed team within the central Controlling division of WBS GRUPPE. • You handle the analysis and interpretation of data, uncover optimization potentials and identify KPIs for corporate management. • Through your work you contribute daily to strengthening WBS GRUPPE's position as a leading education provider. • You help us live customer centricity, digitalization and meaningful work, and you will be particularly responsible for the following tasks: • Build and develop a meaningful, automated sales reporting system for the WBS Group. • Prepare and present key figures and analyses for management. • Provide additional information (e.g. preparing management presentations, recommendations for action and ad-hoc analyses). • Actively help shape digitalization and automation in Controlling. • Support executives and the corporate group in short-, medium- and long-term budget planning. • Work closely with and coordinate with specialist departments on financial matters.

🎯 Requirements

• A completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling or a comparable qualification. • At least 3 years of professional experience. • Very good skills in MS Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization. • Strong analytical thinking as well as a structured and independent way of working. • The ability to communicate complex issues clearly and appropriately for the target audience. • A high degree of personal responsibility as well as team spirit, flexibility and cross-departmental thinking. • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
