📋 Description

• Analyze and interpret data • Identify optimization potential • Define KPIs for corporate management • Build and develop a meaningful, automated sales reporting system for the WBS Group • Prepare and present metrics and analyses to management • Provide additional materials such as management presentations and actionable recommendations • Actively contribute to digitization and automation in controlling • Support managers with budget planning • Work closely with business units on financial and economic topics

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling or an equivalent qualification • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization • Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent way of working • Ability to explain complex issues clearly and in a target-group appropriate manner • High degree of personal responsibility, team spirit, flexibility and cross-functional thinking • Very good written and spoken German
