📋 Description

• Develops and optimizes innovative eLearning formats • Designs and produces interactive learning materials • Improves the learner experience of eLearning offerings • Instructional design of digital and scalable learning experiences • Content generation using AI tools (text, audio, image, video) • Development and revision of learning materials with authoring tools • Collaboration with subject matter experts • Supporting the team in the management of the learning management system

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or completed vocational training in Instructional Design, Digital Learning Development, Media Design, or Media Didactics • At least two years of professional experience in Instructional Design / Digital Learning Development • Experience using AI tools (instructional design process, content generation) • Experience with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Area9) and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator) • Experience designing digital learning experiences, Human-Centered Design, and collaborating with subject matter experts • Independent and structured working style with high personal responsibility and strong teamwork skills • Please include work samples from Instructional Design or Digital Learning Development with your application
