📋 Description

• Take responsibility for learner success and motivation • Support and coach learners in a flipped-classroom model • Encourage active engagement with learning content and its practical application • Stimulate exchange about learning outcomes using innovative formats • Create a positive learning and working environment • Supervise individual completion of tasks within project work • Assess and evaluate project work • Support the ongoing development of the product • Deliver instruction from a home office

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in Controlling & Business Intelligence (minimum 2 years) • Excellent command of German (training language) (C2) • Extensive knowledge in Controlling & Business Intelligence • Degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Business Informatics, or a related field and/or relevant professional experience • Knowledge of AI fundamentals in reporting • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization • Knowledge of forecasting and scenario analysis • Knowledge of automated reporting and anomaly detection • Ability to understand and evaluate processes using AI • Knowledge of self-service Business Intelligence • Experience with Power BI as the primary tool • Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred • Ability to effectively use generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot in Excel • Please attach an overview of projects involving Power BI and/or AI tools in Controlling & Business Intelligence to your application • Several years of experience as an online trainer desirable • Ideally, experience in funded continuing education • Experience with innovative didactic methods in synchronous online sessions desirable • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork desirable
