📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Provide a solid overview of the principles, terminology and application areas of BIM across the entire building lifecycle • Apply a variety of teaching methods, including practical case studies and group work • Explain levels of detail (LOD), data quality requirements and information flows • Prepare and design course materials in line with the curriculum • Assess learners' competency growth • Support competency development and the integration of course participants into the labor market

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Facility Management, Real Estate or a comparable field • Solid practical and methodological knowledge in BIM • Experience with digital building models, LOD concepts and BIM applications across different lifecycle phases • Excellent command of German at C2 level (instruction language) • Strong communication skills • Initial experience in internal training, continuing education or teaching through case studies • Pedagogical qualification (AEVO) • Methodical and didactic skill in delivering teaching content • Independent and structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
