📋 Description

• Subject-specific instruction delivered from the home office in WBS LearnSpace 3D ® • Application of various teaching methods for lesson design • Preparation and design of curriculum-aligned teaching materials • Conducting assessments to measure competency growth • Selection, setup and use of modern, commonly used AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, n8n) • Creation, optimization and evaluation of AI-generated media content • Teaching the fundamentals and trends of AI in media design • Delivering training sessions, workshops and seminars • Developing innovative teaching concepts for Digital Marketing, Social Media and E‑Commerce • Monitoring, evaluating and independently further developing current AI trends and tools

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, or Marketing • Solid experience with AI tools for content creation • Proven experience in adult education: at least 600 hours of training experience • Proof of pedagogical suitability (e.g., trainer certification according to AEVO) • Methodical and didactic skills in delivering instructional content • Ability to explain complex topics clearly across different learner levels • An independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility • Strong communication skills and didactic proficiency • At least two subject-matter focuses: Digital Marketing, Social Media, or E‑Commerce
