• Overall responsibility for the operation, personnel and development of the Seminar Houses Essentis and Lebensgut Pommritz • Lead and coach on-site teams (Essentis approx. 10 employees, Pommritz approx. 4–5 employees) and ensure service and quality standards across reception, housekeeping, kitchen, service and technical operations • Organize smooth seminar operations including room planning, catering, guest management and technical support • Quality management, analysis of guest feedback and continuous optimization of processes • Procurement and cost management including contract negotiations and budget control • Process optimization with a focus on digitalization, efficiency and sustainability • Coordinate maintenance, repairs and modernizations and ensure compliance with legal requirements (safety, hygiene, occupational health and safety) within facility management • Responsible for sustainability management, including energy efficiency, waste separation, eco-friendly procurement and transparent communication of sustainability measures to guests • Create and maintain evacuation plans and organize team training for first aid and emergency procedures • Design and maintain all areas (rooms, seminar rooms, grounds) to provide an inviting and functional environment
• Completed vocational training or degree in hotel management, hospitality, event management or a comparable qualification • Several years of leadership experience in operational teams including recruiting, coaching and change management • Strong host mentality and high service orientation to ensure operational excellence • Strong communication skills for collaboration with staff, board and owners, plus German language skills (C1/C2) and English (min. B2) for daily coordination • Willingness to travel between locations and flexible working hours during peak times (otherwise regular working hours Monday–Friday) • Hands-on mentality, decisiveness and solution-oriented thinking
