📋 Description

• Design high-converting static graphics, carousels, and engaging video content for paid advertising and organic social media • Leverage generative AI to scale visual production efficiently • Use Magnific to animate static designs into dynamic video assets and upscale resolution • Use Synthesia to generate text-to-video content for marketing and enablement materials • Lead short-form video production from concept through final edit • Shoot, edit, and optimize videos of the team, product, and events • Design and update brochures, one-pagers, promotional materials, event assets, and website downloads • Create and maintain on-brand Canva presentation templates for Sales, Admissions, and Leadership • Maintain organized, accessible internal and external brand assets • Ensure visual outputs across the company follow brand guidelines • Collaborate with the Web Designer and Performance Marketing Manager to connect campaigns from ad click through landing page

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia, or performance marketing design • Hands-on practical experience with AI design workflows and tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic Studio, Magnific, and Synthesia • Strong grasp of prompt engineering for design workflows • Strong proficiency in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar • Comfortable shooting basic photo/video content • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop • Expert-level skills in Figma • Expert-level Canva template creation skills • Strong understanding of scroll-stopping ad design, conversion, and user engagement • Collaborative ability to work closely with the Web Designer and Performance Marketing Manager • Positive can-do attitude • Belief in the value of education
