📋 Description

• Further development of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform • Technical ownership of complex features from concept through go-live • Development of tailored Dynamics 365 solutions using plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and Power Automate flows • Enhancement and optimization of the user interface with JavaScript and Xrm.WebApi • Development of custom PCF controls • Working with solution layering and the ALM pipeline in Azure DevOps • Ownership of branching strategies, pull requests, and automated deployments • Integration of Dynamics 365 with Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Application Insights • Implementation of robust and scalable interfaces • End-to-end ownership, from requirements clarification and effort estimation through implementation and test support to production rollout • Participation in code reviews and continuous improvement of engineering practices • Mentoring, pair programming, and constructive feedback for junior developers

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience, including at least 4 years, developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and the Power Platform • Very strong knowledge of C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and the development of plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows • In-depth expertise in extending and integrating Dynamics 365 • Knowledge of Xrm.WebApi and Azure services, such as Functions, Service Bus, Application Insights, and Key Vault • Experience developing robust interfaces • Confident working knowledge of ALM concepts, particularly solution layering, managed and unmanaged solutions, Git, Azure DevOps Pipelines, and pull-request-based workflows • Very good German and good English skills, at least C1/B2 level • Experience with PCF controls and testing frameworks such as FakeXrmEasy or XrmUnitTest is desirable • A Microsoft certification such as PL-400 or an equivalent qualification is desirable • Initial practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales is desirable • Knowledge of API Management, Logic Apps, or Event Grid is desirable
