📋 Description

• Analyze, actively shape, and critically challenge business requirements • In coordination with the CRM Solution Architect, propose optimized and sustainable solutions • Identify opportunities for standardization and develop maintainable, configurable concepts • Support integration into the overall system and provide business-related APIs • Identify architectural challenges at an early stage and escalate them to the Solution Architect • Manage repositories and pipelines within Azure DevOps • Perform automated testing and debugging • Create technical documentation in accordance with the arc42 standard • Actively participate in Scrum events and help shape the team’s technical evolution

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in software development with MS Dynamics 365 CRM, ideally in Sales/Marketing • Proficiency in C#, .NET, and SQL • Ability to develop maintainable and scalable code structures • Abstract requirements and translate them into generalizable solutions • Communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate with architecture teams as equals • Confident communication skills in German and English (at least C1+ level) • Residence in Germany or Austria • Willingness to prepare data for ETL pipelines, e.g., for RAG solutions, based on Microsoft standards
