📋 Description

• Join our dynamic team in the central DSS (Digital Services and Solutions) division of WBS GRUPPE and help shape the future of digital education! • You analyze business requirements, engage proactively with them, and challenge them critically • In close coordination with the Solution Architect CRM, you propose optimized implementations and ensure solutions are sustainable, not just one-off fixes • You identify opportunities for generalization in the requirements • Instead of building one-off solutions, you develop maintainable, configurable concepts that integrate seamlessly into our system landscape • You support integration into the overall system and provide business-facing APIs • You identify architectural challenges early and escalate architecture topics properly to the Solution Architect so the best direction can be determined together • You manage repositories and pipelines within Azure DevOps to guarantee a stable development lifecycle • Through automated tests, debugging and clear technical documentation according to the arc42 standard, you ensure the high quality and maintainability of your developments • You actively participate in Scrum events and proactively help shape the team's technical evolution.

🎯 Requirements

• You have solid experience in software development with MS Dynamics 365 CRM (ideally Sales/Marketing) • You are confident working with C#, .NET and SQL • You have an eye for maintainable and scalable code structures • You do not just accept requirements, but enjoy abstracting them and translating them into generalizable solutions • You enjoy working collaboratively with the architecture team and can communicate technical concepts clearly • You communicate confidently in German and English (at least C1+)
