📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction from a home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Apply a variety of teaching methods to design and deliver instruction • Prepare and develop lesson-related learning materials in accordance with the curriculum • Conduct competency assessments • Support participants in developing their competencies • Teach the subject areas of billing and practice management in dental practices • Support learners as a subject-matter contributor and learning facilitator

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or university degree • At least two years of professional experience, including billing expertise • Practical, training-ready knowledge of practice management • Knowledge of the guidelines issued by the Federal Joint Committee (G-BA) and contracts for patients covered by statutory health insurance (GKV) • Knowledge of billing in dental practices in accordance with EBM (BEMA) and GOÄ/GOZ • Experience with dental practice software (e.g., Charly) and quality management • In-depth knowledge of digital healthcare and digital health technologies • Initial experience in teaching or training, such as in-house training, workshops, or seminars • Proof of pedagogical aptitude (e.g., AEVO) or at least one year of experience providing adult education and training • Strong methodological and didactic skills in communicating educational content • Independent, structured approach to work, combined with a high degree of personal responsibility • Excellent communication skills and innovative lesson design • Very good command of the language of instruction, German (C2 level)
