📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Apply a variety of teaching methods to design and deliver lessons • Prepare and develop curriculum-based learning materials • Conduct life cycle assessments (LCA) for residential and non-residential buildings • Present case studies from projects, training experience, or reports in the field of sustainable and energy-efficient construction • Support participants’ skills development and professional integration • Deliver instruction both as a subject-matter expert and as a learning facilitator

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, or building services engineering (TGA) • Several years of professional experience assessing buildings in accordance with QNG and under the Climate-Friendly New Construction program • Experience preparing and evaluating life cycle assessments using Hottgenroth, ECO-CAD, and ETU-Planer • Additional qualification in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for buildings • Recognition as an energy-efficiency expert • Entrepreneurial mindset and approach • Initial experience in internal training, continuing education, or presenting case studies • Strong methodological and didactic skills in communicating educational content • Independent, structured working style combined with a high degree of personal responsibility • Very good command of the language of instruction, German (C2 level)
