📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction from a home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Prepare participants for the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) examination for Office Management Clerks • Design and apply a range of teaching methods • Convey learning content using sound methodological and didactic approaches • Support and shape the transition from input-oriented teaching to independent knowledge acquisition • Implement practical, application-oriented knowledge-transfer concepts • Prepare and conduct learning assessments • Support course participants in expanding their professional skills and integrating into the labor market

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an Office Management Clerk • At least five years of verifiable professional experience • Relevant practical experience as a trainer or instructor, including examination preparation • In-depth knowledge of the current training curriculum for the Office Management Clerk occupation in accordance with IHK requirements • Knowledge of payment transactions, investment, financing, and annual financial statements • Knowledge of operational human resources work • Knowledge of the fundamentals of payroll processing • Knowledge of marketing planning, implementation, and consulting • Knowledge of sales • Strong communication and project management skills • Knowledge of occupational health and safety and environmental protection • Knowledge of career management • Demonstrated pedagogical aptitude (AEVO) • Excellent knowledge of German, the language of instruction (C2 level) • Current, practice-oriented knowledge of Lexware is desirable
