📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Prepare and follow up on course content • Provide active, individualized support to participants throughout their learning journeys • Develop and apply a range of teaching methods • Prepare and conduct learning assessments • Facilitate learning in accordance with the IHK framework curriculum • Contribute to quality assurance initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a real estate agent or real estate clerk • Several years of professional experience in the real estate industry • Extensive subject-matter expertise in at least three of the specified real estate disciplines • Proof of teaching aptitude (trainer qualification in accordance with AEVO) • Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher • Experience using the DOMUS 1000 property management software (preferred) • Very good command of German, the language of instruction (C2 level)
