📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction from a home office in WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Prepare participants for the IHK examination for Office Management Clerks • Design and apply a variety of teaching methods • Convey course content with strong methodological and didactic skills • Support and actively shape participants’ transition to independent learning • Prepare and conduct assessments of learning progress • Support participants in expanding their professional skills and integrating into the labor market

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an Office Management Clerk • At least 5 years of verifiable professional experience • Relevant practical experience as a trainer or vocational instructor, including examination preparation • In-depth knowledge of the current IHK-based curriculum for the Office Management Clerk apprenticeship • Knowledge of payment transactions, investment, financing, and annual financial statements • Knowledge of operational human resources work, as well as the fundamentals of payroll processing • Knowledge of marketing, sales, communications, and project management • Knowledge of occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and career management • Proof of pedagogical aptitude (AEVO) • Up-to-date, practical knowledge of Lexware is desirable • Excellent command of German, the language of instruction (C2 level)
