📋 Description

• Deliver engaging product, sales and customer experience training for retail partners, department stores and sales staff • Coach store teams in their day-to-day work and support the practical application of their learning • Organize and deliver training sessions, events, classroom training and webinars • Communicate the brand universe, collections, product USPs and fit expertise • Support retail teams in improving consultation, customer experience and sales performance • Build and maintain strong relationships with department stores and retail partners through regular on-site visits • Work closely with the sales team and exchange feedback and insights from stores • Collaborate with Product Development and internal stakeholders to translate product knowledge into training • Creatively develop training modules and materials • Quickly build comprehensive knowledge of the brands, collections and products • Act as a brand ambassador for Marie Jo, PrimaDonna and Sarda • Travel regularly throughout the North Rhine-Westphalia region • Be part of an international training team focused on collaboration, coaching and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a retail environment, for example as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Retail Coach, Trainer or in a comparable role • Experience in coaching, employee development or team leadership is an advantage • Experience in the fashion, lifestyle or premium retail sector is welcome but not required • Strong enthusiasm for our brands and a keen understanding of high-quality customer experiences • Enjoy inspiring, motivating and supporting people in their development • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence presenting to groups • Customer-focused approach combined with a commercial mindset • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate travel, planning and various stakeholders reliably and efficiently • Independent, proactive and eager-to-learn approach • Constructive attitude toward feedback and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and best practices • Team spirit, authenticity and a practical, down-to-earth attitude • Fluency in German and English is required • Applications and communication for this position will be conducted in English • Ideally based in the Düsseldorf or Cologne area • Regular travel throughout North Rhine-Westphalia • Regular visits to Belgium for training, meetings and collection launches
