📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific SAP S/4HANA instruction from a home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Design and apply a variety of teaching methods for course delivery • Prepare and administer learner assessments • Participate in quality assurance measures • Support course participants in developing professional competencies • Act as a subject-matter contributor and learning facilitator • Implement innovative, individualized, and practice-oriented knowledge transfer

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a university degree • Professional and project experience as a consultant • Experience as a trainer, preferably in publicly funded continuing education and in online teaching • Current SAP S/4HANA certification • Proof of pedagogical qualification, e.g., P2WTTT certificate or AEVO • Methodical and didactic skill in delivering instructional content • Independent and structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team • Excellent command of German as the language of instruction (C2 level)
