🎯 Requirements

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium • Berufs- und Projekterfahrung als Consultant • Erfahrung als Trainer:in, idealerweise in der geförderten Weiterbildung und im Online-Unterricht • Aktuelle SAP S/4HANA-Zertifizierung • Nachweis einer pädagogischen Eignung, z. B. P2WTTT-Zertifikat oder AEVO • Methodisch-didaktisches Geschick in der Vermittlung von Lehrinhalten • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise bei hoher Eigenverantwortlichkeit • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Arbeiten im Team • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Unterrichtssprache Deutsch auf C2-Sprachniveau
