📋 Description

• Join our dynamic team in the central DSS (Digital Services and Solutions) division of the WBS GROUP and help shape the future of digital education! • As a working student, you will be part of an innovative team at WBS TRAINING Pro, a brand of the WBS GROUP. • You will support the conception and production of digital learning formats, AI-assisted videos, and game-based learning experiences. • You will help present learning content in a clear, motivating, and visually compelling way. • Develop video and story concepts, decision scenarios, storyboards, and content templates for game-based learning formats. • Produce and post-produce short challenge, learning, and explainer videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable tools. • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, HeyGen, Synthesia, and ElevenLabs for text, audio, and video production. • Assist with testing and optimizing learning content with regard to accessibility, user experience, and brand voice.

🎯 Requirements

• Share our enthusiasm for digital learning offerings and help us enable connected, location-independent learning for people. • You combine creativity, technical interest, and a good sense of storytelling. • You are currently enrolled in a degree program, e.g., in media design, communications, education, business administration, or a comparable field. • Initial practical experience in content design, video production, storytelling, UX/UI, e-learning, or your own creative projects. • Confident or willing-to-learn use of Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or comparable design and editing tools. • Active and reflective use of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude. • A reliable, independent, and structured way of working, plus very good German language skills. • Initial exposure to AI video or AI audio tools such as HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, or similar applications. • Knowledge of prompt engineering, game design, gamification, or user-centered design. • A small portfolio with examples from video, design, storytelling, game-based learning, or interactive media projects.
