📋 Description
• Responsible for learner success and participant motivation • Guide and support learners in a flipped-classroom model • Promote active engagement with learning content and its practical application • Encourage group exchange about learning through innovative formats • Supervise individual completion of assignments as part of portfolio work • Support evaluation of learning products • Deliver instruction from the home office • Possess excellent proficiency in German as the language of instruction (C2 level)
🎯 Requirements
• Several years of professional experience in Digital Learning Development (2+ years) • Degree or training in pedagogy or adult education, media or communication design, or an equivalent qualification • Extensive knowledge of e-learning and instructional design • Confident use of at least one of the following tools: Articulate 360 (Rise or Storyline), Canva Pro, Genial.ly, Moodle, with practical experience • Experience with generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT) to support the design and creation of learning materials • Experience designing learning environments and experience in graphic design and learning video production • Confidence in media law and user experience (UX) • Several years' experience as an online trainer in adult education • Application of innovative methods to activate learners • New Work mindset and a willingness to experiment with new learning technologies • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
