📋 Description
• As a freelance trainer at WBS TRAINING, you represent your area of expertise with passion and vision • The focus is on developing the participants' competencies • In your lesson design you act both as a provider of input and as a learning companion — supporting Learning 4.0 • Subject-specific teaching from the home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Use a variety of teaching methods for lesson design • Guide and demonstrate tasks and duties at the hotel front desk and reception • Prepare and develop course-related learning materials according to the curriculum • Conduct competency assessments to measure participants' skill growth
🎯 Requirements
• Completed vocational training in the hotel industry (e.g., hotel management, Front Office Agent, assistant hotel management, etc.) • Several years of professional experience in the hotel industry • Experience with the protel hotel software • Strong communication skills • Entrepreneurial mindset and approach • Some experience in internal training, continuing education, or presenting case studies • Pedagogical qualification (AEVO) • Strong methodological and didactic skills in delivering instructional content • Independent and structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
