📋 Description

• As a freelance trainer for WBS TRAINING you will represent your field with passion and foresight • Deliver instruction via MS Teams • Design interactive online lessons using modern, learner-activating teaching methods • Prepare and develop course materials aligned with the IHK curriculum framework • Create practice-oriented exercises and assignments • Provide targeted preparation for the IHK examination

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in media, printing, communications, media management, or a related field • Ideally certified as a Media Specialist (Medienfachwirt), Master Craftsman in Print Media (Industriemeister Printmedien), or equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience in the media and print industry • Solid knowledge of products and processes in print and digital media production • Knowledge of sales and business processes • Elective specialization focus: "Digital Media" • Didactic/teaching skills • Experience in vocational training or adult education • AEVO (trainer aptitude certificate) or comparable pedagogical qualification desirable • Confident use of digital teaching and communication tools (especially MS Teams) • Methodical and didactic skill in conveying complex content • Strong communication skills, reliability, and self-organization • Enjoy motivating and supporting learners in a practical, hands-on way • Experience in advanced vocational training and participation on IHK examination committees is an advantage
