📋 Description

• Support participants throughout their professional qualification program • Provide guidance on technical questions relating to financial accounting, tax law, and accounting • Conduct learning progress reviews and document participants’ progress • Identify support needs and develop suitable solutions • Promote independent learning and effective learning organization • Support participants in using digital learning resources and platforms • Collaborate with subject-matter trainers and internal stakeholders • Represent your area of expertise with passion and foresight • Deliver practical knowledge to support participants’ skills development

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant vocational qualification and professional experience as a financial accountant or tax assistant • Sound knowledge of financial accounting and double-entry bookkeeping in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) • Good knowledge of annual financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and the income-surplus calculation (EÜR) • Good knowledge of German tax law, particularly VAT, income tax, and the German Fiscal Code (AO) • Advanced user knowledge of DATEV • Knowledge of cost and activity accounting (KLR) and basic controlling principles • Previous experience as a trainer or instructor is an advantage • Proof of pedagogical aptitude • Enthusiasm for supporting people in expanding their professional skills and integrating into the labor market
