It offers certificates, masterclasses, conferences and in-house training focused on quantitative finance, risk management and technology topics — including algorithmic trading, quantitative development, FRTB regulation, AI in finance, bank treasury and climate risk management — delivered online and in-person to finance professionals and institutions.

📋 Description

• Subject-specific instruction delivered from the home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D • Application of various teaching methods to design and deliver lessons • Guidance and support for our retraining participants with their reports and projects relevant to the IHK (German Chamber of Industry and Commerce) • Participation in quality assurance measures

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in the field of E‑Commerce with at least 5 years of professional experience • Solid knowledge and practical experience in E‑Commerce / online retail, in particular: assortment management in retail, sales and sales channels, marketing and partnerships • Initial experience as a vocational trainer, trainer, speaker, lecturer, or teacher • Desirable additional knowledge in the following areas: legal framework conditions, financial management and controlling, project-based working in E‑Commerce, accounting and cost-and-performance accounting, project management • Proof of pedagogical suitability (e.g., AEVO)
