📋 Description

• Present WCG services to local CRAs and sponsors • Reach out to Study Site Investigators and Study Site Team to assess Sites’ needs and identify opportunities to provide/sell WCG services • Support contracting with Medical Institutions • Locate and provide training of study personnel and Clinical Research Coordinators • Assist the Country Manager on administrative tasks • Manage study personnel and Clinical Research Coordinators • Report program results to Program Managers • Manage CRC working hours and approve invoices • Update Site Status Tracker and report program results regularly • Attend internal calls • Carry out duties in accordance with WCG’s Standard Operating Procedures and methodologies, Good Clinical Practice, European General Data Protection regulations, and local country anti-kickback and anti-bribery regulations • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • Experience in Sales/Customer Service, Clinical Research or similar roles • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Proficiency in Greek and English language skills, both written and spoken is required • Ability to prioritize, organize, and handle multiple tasks with changing deadlines • Team player with excellent people skills and strong customer focus • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and MS office) • Sales training is an advantage • Must reside in Greece • Travel requirement: 5% - 10%
