• Help individuals gain access to appropriate work activities. • Establish appropriate vocational goals. • Assess participants' current and potential work abilities. • Collaborate with rehabilitation specialists to gather supporting evidence. • Prepare a comprehensive report summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, rehabilitation, or a related field. • Current designation as a Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional (CVRP) or Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional – Fellow (CVRP-F). • Minimum of three (3) years of direct experience delivering vocational rehabilitation services. • Experience conducting medical, psychosocial, or vocational rehabilitation assessments. • Experience working with people with mental or physical health conditions. • Experience analyzing and interpreting medical, psychosocial, or vocational assessments. • Strong computer skills. • In-depth knowledge of local labour markets. • Employment conditional upon obtaining a federal security clearance – Reliability Status. • Reliable vehicle and ability to travel. • Bilingual (French/English).
