• Help individuals access appropriate vocational activities, maintain employment, or return to work • Establish vocational goals and identify vocational rehabilitation needs • Assess participants' current and potential vocational abilities • Collaborate with rehabilitation services specialists to evaluate employability
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, rehabilitation, or a related field • Current designation as a Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional (CVRP) or Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional – Fellow (CVRP‑F) with CVRP‑TSA certification • Minimum of three (3) years' experience providing direct vocational rehabilitation services (or an equivalent combination) • Strong computer skills • Thorough knowledge of local labor markets • Employment conditional on obtaining a federal security clearance at the Reliability level • Reliable vehicle and ability to travel • Mandatory requirement: Bilingual (French/English)
