• Wintersteen Casarez Law Corporation is looking for exceptional people to join our team • Our firm is committed to providing a supportive work environment • We offer a friendly and supportive work environment • Attorneys manage the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from inception to final resolution • The attorneys work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators. • We are now seeking an Attorney with 2 to 5+ years of workers' compensation defense experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees; • Member of the State Bar of California, in good standing; • 2 to 5+ years of workers' compensation defense experience; • Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability; • Excellent written and oral communication; • Commitment to proactive case management; • Experience in Merus or Litify is preferred but not required; • Experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams is preferred but not required.
